We dispatch orders within 10 working days of the date of your order using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Royal Mail Special Delivery:
Your parcel will require a signature and should not be left with neighbours or a 'safe place'.
If you're not home, you can arrange re-delivery or collection via the Royal Mail website using your unique tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We dispatch orders within 10 working days of the date of your order using our international courier or for some countries, Royal Mail International service.
You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number by email once your order is on the way to you. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received it.
Unfortunately, international orders are subject to customs checks, which can occasionally cause delays. Most orders are delivered within 10 days of dispatch.
