Damages and Repairs
Heaven forbid any harm should come to your precious, but if, for whatever reason, your beloved Tessa Metcalfe jewellery becomes damaged (even if it is your fault), rest assured, as long as we can, we will repair, re-polish and replace stones to restore her to her former glory.
We want you to enjoy your pigeon jewellery forever.
Email hello@tessametcalfe.co.uk with some photos of the damage; we will try and give you a rough estimate of the repair job (where applicable).

Manicure Service
To keep your pigeon looking beautiful, we offer a manicure service for her gold-plated nails.
This beauty service includes a professional clean, polish, and fresh manicure.
Fully gold plated jewellery replating requests are quoted individually.

Faulty jewellery will of course be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Simple Repairs and Manicures lead times are 10-12 weeks. Complex repairs will be quoted individually.
We will return your jewellery in recycled packaging where possible to cut down on waste.
All return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.
