Although inclusions are considered flaws in stones, I think they make them more interesting. It's what I love most about this piece.

This huge, flawless, blood red garnet is framed perfectly by a halo of hot pink rubies. I love clashing colours! They work because the similarities make the differences even more jarring, they play with each other. The warm yellow gold halo is held in the cool asymmetric white claws. Not for the faint hearted.
