*This is an Ethiopian opal, they have the brightest fiery flashes of rainbow but for that beauty they do need a little extra care and attention. The stones are absorbent so need to avoid getting submerged in liquids that might get trapped inside the stones (take the ring off before washing up, wild swimming, applying hair oil, etc) We'll send you a care guide with the ring to explain.
