Jutta has world class customer service and Tessa’s craftsmanship has a beauty and charm that’s hard to quantify! I inspected it with my loupe I use for my watch maintenance, and it was a joy to inspect. My wife cried when she opened it, she cried when we put it on, and she cried when she learned that she didn’t properly interpret the ring sizing tool. Jutta helped make the repair order process simple and we hope to have them again soon! Deserves more stars, but 5 is the limit. Be mindful of the ring sizing!
